Bond 25 Fan Art

Actually, that would be a tremendous watch to issue! Much better than the dull latest Swatch collection they just launched.

Imagine a watch with indexes in the form of Bond logos; that would be awesome
You should submit the idea to whomever (EON? Swatch Group?)

Love it, @Gobi-1. Updating it with one of the lines from Eilish’s song could be great too as a potential tag line. Maybe “Are you death or paradise?”

I guess…here’s another thing! Wanted to put all the new footage to use…

Some people on Reddit were asking for a wallpaper version of my poster so here you go. Three different versions are on my Deviant Art page to download. One with text and the 007 logo. One with the logo but no text and the third with no text or logo.

Personally, I’d call the multi-character one ‘No Room to Die.’

Hey, @antovolk, did you know that somebody is using your design to sell a poster on eBay?

I did, done far too often and not much one can do…oh well. Don’t mind it that much tho!

Your design, your copyright.

If someone steals it and makes money from it he commits a crime.

I would mail ebay what is happening - they will stop him from selling it.

Actually no, it’s EON’s stills, EON’s iconography…for me that’s part of the gig when it comes to fan art like this or video/trailer edits. Original illustrations like those they were looking for in that official competition is different - definitely the artist’s copyright - but here? Not mine at all really.

If I were to attempt to sell this myself EON would slap me with a cease and desist 100%.

Someone is also selling it on amazon.com

As you say, it’s the layout that’s yours but the imagery is Eon’s, so in this case, selling your work is not illegal, just a dick move.

Eon could sue the shit out of them both though, as, unlike your usage of it, selling it is not remotely covered by fair use laws.

A massive dickhead, whoever it is that pulls that trick…

But unless you try to sell it you’re just doing some noodling for your private use. If someone makes money out of that he can and should be stopped.

I would inform ebay.

Oh, I agree, @antovolk definitely inform both EBay and Amazon of someone using your fan art for financial gain - as that is a crime, even if it is a crime against Danjaq (as I seem to recall is the company that holds the legal rights on Bond) rather than yourself.

By the by, fingers crossed for your entry to the competition. :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:

People have also done this for art done by Peter Lorenz of the Illustrated Bond Blog…

Seems to be a fact of Life.

All the more reason to hide hidden dongs in your fanart, to make the thieves out there look right foolish.

Not sure about that! Is Bond about to spat out of his mouth??

Fantastic piece of fan art here. Wish they had gone for this retro look…
