I recently came across a poster for the film At Eternity’s Gate and one thing that struck me was that the cast list included Mads Mikkelsen and Mathieu Amalric, the villains of Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace. If you also count Willem Dafoe (who voiced the villain in the video game Everything Or Nothing) then that’s 3 Bond villains in one film. The only other film I know of that can match this Ronin which included Sean Bean, Jonathan Pryce and Michael Lonsdale amongst it’s cast.
Are there any other films out there that feature multiple Bond villains (or other significant Bond alumni) amongst their cast?
Ten Little Indians a.k.a. And Then There Were None. The 1974 Peter Collinson / Harry Alan Towers version. It’s got Adolfo Celi and Gert Frobe (plus Herbert Lom and Richard Attenborough, who sadly, were never in Bond). Orson Welles and Robert Rietty also do some voice work.
