> [@Pushkin](#): > > I would have loved to have seen his interpretation of Bond. Sadly, I doubt that will happen given his age. Completely agreed. He would have been fantastic. We already know that he was very impressive in the audition process leading up to _Casino Royale_. I’m still holding out some kind of hope, that if they were to get the next movie going here in the next couple of years, combined with a more expedited schedule with less than a half decade between films, that maybe it might still be in the cards. Extremely unlikely, but if they adhered to a more normal Bond schedule, he could still make four or five films before he gets to his mid-50s. **Dr. No** (2024) James Bond - Rupert Friend Honey Ryder - Alexandra Daddario Dr. Julius No - Daniel Dae Kim John Strangways - James McAvoy Miss Taro - Gemma Chan Mary Trueblood - Ella Purnell M - Jason Isaacs Bill Tanner - Jude Law Miss Moneypenny - Gabriella Wilde ---

> [@dalton](#): > > Ernst Stavro Blofeld - Michael Chiklis That’s inspired! Very much in keeping with the Telly Savalas approach to the character.
