Oh my, 57…

Especially sad when you consider that they had only lost their son about a decade ago.

Utterly terrible.

R.I.P. Kelly. You were one of my favorite actresses.

The Golden Age of Hollywood ended today:

Farewell, Lady Marian.

Several are writing that she was “one of the last” from Hollywood’s Golden Age - actually I can’t think of anyone else of that era and of that stature left. Her and Kirk were the final ones weren’t they?

You definitely have to give some points to Norman Lloyd. Not many people worked with Charlie Chaplin and Judd Apatow.

Ironically, I saw a Fleetwood Mac tribute band, Fleetwood Mask (I know, right?), at a drive-in concert the day Peter Green died. They didn’t play “Oh, Well”, but they did on the previous show back in March days before the quarantine started.

“Man of the World” is one of my favorite songs from Peter Green.

Oh, man. Another great director gone.

I always think of the song he directed, that got killed by middle aged marketing people, in a McDonalds ad.

Moral ambiguities suffocated by censors…I’m sure his skin crawled.
