I never understood how Blofeld knew Bond was coming to his lair.
Did he set up an appointment for someone to come and pick him up?
C (Andrew Scott) had access to the smart blood tracking as all of the tools of the OO section had been handed over to him. It’s also how Bond guesses that C is his “disciple” - Blofeld had access to things that C had just taken from M.
