The Folio Society

I could see them maybe doing Colonel Sun.

How about Pearson’s “Biography”? IMO a continuation novel.

I’m buying them a few at the time to try to control costs. I have three and will probably order my next 3 next month. They really are quite beautiful.

Fay Dalton telling me TMWTGG was fun …
She’s about to spill on the short stories, I’m certain of it

My copy of Casino Royale arrived and I couldn’t be happier with it! It definitely beats my illustrated Silmarillion as the most beautiful book I own (though perhaps not the most precious).

Does anyone know the name of the paper it is printed on? It is so luxuriously creamy I constantly have the urge to feel it.

But seriously, here you go

I don’t think I’ve ever ordered something that quickly.

Octopussy and The Living Daylights is the only book they haven’t done yet so process of elimination…

It’s a special limited release, not a regular release, so I’d assume it’s something other than that

A collection of Faye Dalton’s art maybe?

I’ve got to think it’s some super edition of Casino Royale. That’s the book celebrating it’s 70th after all…

Curious to know what this will be.

Yep, it’s Casino Royale

That’s disappointing. I’ve already got the original for a start…

Love what they do but this is a hard no.

I will say, Fay Dalton’s artwork would make it tempting but that price (and the fact I already have the first version…) does make it a no go, but I would definitely buy a book that is just her art work. It’s stunning! I was so happy when Dynamite had her do cover art for Reflections of Death.
