The industry is going through a massive consolidation and realignment; that’s why it was always fairly likely the merger would come eventually. And there is a reasonable likelihood of further such developments down the line.

Interesting is the list of WB movies and their box office returns.
One thing is for sure: costs have to come down drastically. Some of these movies mentioned must have had the possibility to be made much cheaper.

Not so much news as illustrating the absence of…
For all those not on Instagram: it’s a short reel of a set of sunglasses, supposedly channeling the spirit of 007 by ‘the legendary style and alpine atmosphere from the James Bond film A VIEW TO A KILL’.
Or plainer, they put the 007 gun logo symbol on it. If there was a big announcement lurking for tomorrow we’d by now certainly hear rumblings of some kind or another. Not some obscure sunglasses supposedly inspired by a 40 year old Bond film…
