DAF and GF have been added.

Then they just want them to sell even better…
Looks like The Running Man is, unsurprisingly, going to be a big misfire for the studio. Appears headed for a 4th place finish with a meager $6 million on the weekend.
Dystopia is not what people want these days, and I can’t blame them.
I loved „Wicked“ (be strong, Mr.WintKidd), and I am looking forward to this conclusion.
I also find it extremely funny that audiences have no problem watching a political story wrapped in a musical fairy tale.
I suspect if Craig was signed on already they would have said even just for upping the media attention.
“Hotel, sir?”
“No, the nearest pharmacy.”
Tarantino is a good director. But so full of himself, he often is just disgusting.
He does not like certain actors? Fine, everybody has preferences. But calling someone weak on a podcast, knowing that it will be treated as news and spread across the trades - that’s just cruel.
Eff-off, T.
Yeah I thought this was completely unnecessary and kind of terrible. Classless, careless remark.
I proactively avoid having anything to do with anyone exhibiting these kinds of toxic character/integrity traits. I certainly don’t allow room for those traits in people even further outside of my inner circle. And Mr. Tarantino is WELL outside of that circle.
I like Tarantino as director quite a bit. I have never understood why people in his position talk trash of others. Take the high road and use your position to publicy compliment others - especially to those who have not received much acclaim.
As do I. That’s why I hate to see him exhibit such poor discernment. I want to give him more credit than to act like that.
Sure, what could go wrong…
A sign of the times. With Amazon buying Bond and Netflix potentially buying Warner Brothers, it’s apparent the streamers are in control.
Seems it’s a deal…
It will be interesting to see if this gets regulatory approval as I think there is definitely a competition concern here. I was hoping Paramount would win out as it would establish 4 strong streamers (in the North American market at least): Netflix, Disney, Amazon and Paramount/Warner Bros. Now it’s clearly 3. Apple has some good material but they do not seem to be trying to develop a massive library like the other 3 (I stand to be corrected).
The other thing that is a bit disappointing by the Netflix purchase is that it breaks up the company. If they were going to take it over, it would have been interesting if they kept CNN and tried to incorporate that into their streaming service. Perhaps giving CNN a wider audience.
