Look at this video from about 2:44-4:34. You see helicopter shots of the Aston being filmed, then a rehearsal of a dialog scene using 2 stand-ins, then finally Martin Campbell directing Daniel Craig and Eva Green.
Judging by their wardrobe it probably took place on their way to meeting Mathis. It’s interesting because we never got to see Vesper in the Aston…
