Question is whether the master is 4k or the transfer, and it all also depends on the distribution deals and so on.
And since Amazon licenses the streaming out to Netflix they want to keep it exclusive.

Possibly, but they’ve also sold some of their original series on Blu-ray/4K disc as well, so it wouldn’t be unheard of for them to put something out there while it’s also appearing in streaming. Depends on what their deal with Netflix, and potentially the other studios, actually says.
