(Commander Talbot is for The Spy who Loved Me. Brutally gunned down he was, another Victim of Bond setting things in motion that get far more people killed than the Villain has to that point).

(Mr White for Spectre, because he’s a tragic figure and his final choice is to hand his daughter over to someone basically as morally vile as he is. It’s not a White Christmas, that’s for sure).
