I prefer to see them as one amorphous mass of naughtiness. The second-stringers, if you like, whether or not they do actually get a pop at Bond and whether or not they are working together.
Having deathbitten and deathstabbed and deathgouged our way through main Villain(s) and main Henchperson(s), suggestions for this non-exhaustive hostile gestalt of leftovers:
FRWL – the likes of Morzeny and the sweaty-looking man in the beret and glasses, they’re obviously in the group. The bloke who dies on the train with Kerim. And Krilencu, who just looks evil. Can’t say I like the look of that cat, either.
Live and Let Die – Lickle Stabby Man! And a fifteen-foot unkillable voodoo demon! And a taxi driver! And a very very fat man with obvious thyroid issues! And some bloke called Adam! And a dancey-snakey man! Whatever its other faults, you can’t say Live and Let Die’s minor villainy isn’t varied.
No Time to Die – I guess this includes the utterly butterly Logan Ash and probably the very silly eeevil Russian doctor who appears to have wandered in from another, possibly better, film. All of Spectre too, I suppose, and Blofeld. And M.
Dr No – perhaps all more sinister than really threatening, but the Three Blind Mice, Miss Taro, the various Crab Key gophers and Sisters Rose and Lily. And the tarantula. The photographer and the driver; they’re both interesting. Actually quite a haul of intimidating mischief, here.
The Man with the Golden Gun – sedentary fat bloke in Beirut and leering fat bloke in the power station. Hai Fat too, I guess, everyone’s fat in one way shape or form and what a Bolus of Lipid it all is. MooreBond slapping Andrea about possibly counts; he presents the greatest physical threat to anyone in the film.
