I don’t consider this the strongest of groups. I like the top two, but they aren’t my favorites. Group A on the other hand had three really solid main titles contenders. Anyway, I ranked them as:

  1. Octopussy
  2. From Russia With Love
  3. You Only Live Twice
  4. Goldfinger
  5. The Living Daylights

I agree, these are some of the weaker main titles. My ranking:

  1. You Only Live Twice (maybe bias due to the song)
  2. Goldfinger
  3. The Living Daylights
  4. From Russia with Love
  5. Octopussy (pains me, as I love Octopussy)

I agree. It’s my personal favorite title vocal song of the entire series. My overall favorite is OHMSS. That said, the visual imagery for YOLT is outstanding.
