I really like all 5 villains here so this one is a little difficult. My rankings are:

  1. Kamal Khan & Orlov (Octopussy)
  2. Auric Goldfinger (Goldfinger)
  3. Hugo Drax (Moonraker)
  4. Julius No (DN)
  5. Brad Whitaker & Georgi Koskov (TLD)

Kamal Khan is my 2nd favorite villain, which apparently puts me in a minority.

And I’m one of the few that really likes Brad Whitaker, but even though I really like him, he’s still my 5th favorite out of this group.
