Read the first issue, fracking brutal!!!
Respect for the BSG reference
Cover and synopsis for issue 5 of James Bond 007 :

Hot on the trail of the stolen STALVODA compound, Bond finds himself in strife-torn Syria, where an old ally may be able to provide some new intelligence. But when 007 stirs up a local hornet’s nest, the response involves every gun they’ve acquired in more than 10 years of civil war. Drastic action is called for, as time is fast running out for the British agent – and the world!
Featuring a statuesque cover by DAVE JOHNSON (100 Bullets, Superman: Red Son, Deadpool) and intriguing interiors by 007 veteran RAPHA LOBOSCO (James Bond: Black Box), Part Five of “Your Cold, Cold Heart” from comics legend GARTH ENNIS stokes the fires of celebration for a decade of James Bond comics at Dynamite!
In Shops: May 22, 2024
The end of the latest arc “caps off a decade of James Bond comics at Dynamite”, so indeed, it makes me wonder if this is an end point or things continue from here. I really hope they keep the rights. I like what they’ve done.
Not final covers identified but Dynamite does share some images. Due 6/17/2024.
Though the second image seems to repeat the King and Country #6 cover released 11/29/2023.
Spoiler

If Dynamite stops or keep’s going with Bond, I could go either way. I’m just tired of them continuously delaying the hardcover graphic novel story collections.

I think this might be Dynamite Comics’ last Bond adventure if the license hasn’t been renewed. Mixed feelings either way.
That cannot happen.

Continuity error!!
She wrote a very good chapter of Reflections of Death.
Why do you think it’s the end?
Dynamite Comics has a 10 year license with Ian Fleming Publications. Given the trouble that Dynamite got into a few years ago, and their lack of promotion for Bond comics, I wouldn’t be surprised if Dynamite doesn’t come back for more.
I mean, it’s Christopher Lee. It’s a very understandable stance to take.

Maybe an update on Bond at Dynamite?
Has anyone heard anything about this since then?
Gail replied to me! Happy to know it’s on the way.

Gail has confirmed her Bond story is still coming, and it will be 5 issues.
I finished Your Cold, Cold Heart. I liked the sibling-like relationship between Bond and Moneypenny. The biggest complaint I have is the same as I have with most Dynamite Bond stories: it ends too abruptly. I’m caught up on all the Dynamite Bond stories. If Dynamite does or doesn’t continue the Bond stories, I don’t mind either way. It’s been a decent run either way.
It seems Dynamite’s James Bond series is slowly going out of print. Every few months I’d order another couple hardback volumes to add to my collection, and when I went on Amazon (US) today to make my bi-annual order, I noticed that most of them were no longer being sold there. So I went straight to the Dynamite website and found basically the same thing – and the few volumes that Dynamite had which I still needed had a prohibitively expensive shipping charge. So if you’re trying to collect all of these, I’d recommend making moves soon so as not to miss out entirely.
Here are the four that I’m still looking for:
-
Big Things
-
Himeros
-
Myrmidon
-
For King and Country
I own (or just ordered) every other hardcover collection produced by Dynamite. Question: were there any Dynamite Bond stories NOT included in any of the hardcover collections? If the answer is no, then the above four are the only ones I am missing.
All the stories are collected in the hardcovers from memory. It’s been so long since anything new was released by Dynamite to the point I think the venture is all but over.
