Exciting news! FRWL is a foundational Bond classic and right enough for a BFI volume. Plus there’s already an excellent book on GF and James Chapman has a book on DN coming up.
I’m unfamiliar with Prof. Chapman but her bio suggests she’s a fan and has written prior works on the Bond films. I enjoy collecting the BFI Film Classics and hope they’ll get around to including OHMSS someday.
Yes, great news. Looking forward to this new publication. Her book about “Fashioning James Bond” I already bought, but I still have to read. I didn’t know about the Dr. No book, but thanks for the tip! Are they related, Llewella and James I mean. He already wrote about the Bond movies in the past.
