A movie that goes behind the scenes on the decision to change the title would be more interesting than the actual film.
Would that also apply to License Revoked?
MI:8 currently filming in central London
Impressive hair, too.
Iām in. If they kill off Ethan Hunt, thatās a shame. Tom Cruise could do these movies for a long time. Hopefully, this one wonāt bomb at the box office, or copy Bond too much again. That submarine sequence looks similar to TWINE. These last two MI movies prove that Hayley Atwell would have been a great Bond cast member.
All looks very jolly, although I thought that going into the last one, which was a bit porky.
I hate to say it but⦠my interest just isnāt there. Itās feels like theyāre taking the same script and inserting different action scenes.
Not seeing it mentioned a lot of places but thereās a shot in there that I clocked immediately that implies a tie in to MI III and Iām here for it. Looks awesome.
As a completist I want to see it.
But nothing in this teaser made me excited.
Cruise is running again, and more than before, and the hanging on a doubledecker just isnāt as exciting as hanging from a huge aircraft taking off.
And the title really is not inventive at all. They could have just used Dead Reckoning Part Two.
One of the few movies Iām anticipating next year. There isnāt a Mission: Impossible outing Iāve disliked and I expect this to be the same. I think it probably will be Tomās last as he seems tied up with other projects now. Letās go out with a bang.
Rabbitās Foot?
Havenāt watched the trailer for it yet, but yet oddly donāt feel all that compelled to. The last film was so bad that it really killed all interest I had in the M:I films, and thatās coming from someone who adores Tom Cruise as a screen personality and has really enjoyed the franchise up to this point. They can repackage it all they want, but we all know that this is Dead Reckoning: Part 2, and thatās all I need to know to kill my interest in it.
Iām just happy that the story is going to conclude. After the poor performance of DR, I feared that the studio might have pulled the plug on part two.
