Thanks. Was hoping for more context, but it does leave a significant open door to fit some of the speculation shared hereā¦or not. Either way, looks like weāre getting a new gun barrel, and (again) if itās as stylized as what weāve seen so far, Iām pumped.
Considering every Craig Movie has had a different Gun Barrel. I really donāt know why everyoneās surprised weāre getting a new one
Anybody know the brand? I could be wrong, but I doubt I can go to my local shirt shop and buy them off the rack.
I think with Craigās Bond having gone from new agent to now the vet who has left the serviceā¦ he should be in a tux for the gunbarrelā¦
Oh not surprised, but intrigued with the (our) speculation of it being the new 007 versus Craig. Was hoping for some underlying context that might have hinted anything.
I have a feeling the NTTD title reveal was actually part of the gun barrel shoot

Soā¦no trailer today. Damn it. Oh well, maybe next week. The 2nd, or the 5th.
I donāt know if this means anything or not, but typically bigger event style trailers seem to release (in the states at least) on Thursdays. Now there are exceptions, Star Wars & Marvel donāt always follow that pattern. That said, Iām thinking its going to be Oct. 5th James Bond day as weāve speculated all along.

The gun barrel has been the most inconsistent element of the Craig era where IMO it didnāt need to be. The change for CR made sense but for the three since then, they couldāve put the gun barrel ā the same one, no less ā at the beginning of each movie. IMO itās one of the few elements that doesnāt cry out for every new director to apply their personal stamp to it. Thatās one thing I hope is handled more consistently in the tenure of Bond #7.

I agree. They will likely want to promote the teaser a bit ahead of time, rather than rush it out suddenly. From memory from previous trailers, we often get word that it has received an official rating from the relevant authorities before it appears as well.

The 2 Mendes gun barrels are some of the worst of the entire series.

Yeah I feel like we were spoiled last time. We got a trailer pretty quick for Spectre, in March of that year, so this feels pretty brutal this time. I think weāre all dying to see some footage. Everything has been silent for a while officially, since London if Iām not mistaken. Hopefully soon.
