NO TIME TO DIE Spoilers (production pictures & videos)

I wonder, if an actual shooter with live rounds would approach a however bullet proof surface in this way, where would the bullets go…?

The new Bond film No Time to Die was also delayed twice due to the pandemic. It’s currently set for release in September, almost two years since shooting wrapped. Being part of Daniel Craig’s final outing as 007 was “really special. It was quite moving really. This takes threads that began in earlier films and finishes them. I’m gonna be intrigued to see it and see how it feels, this thing that we made before this whole thing happened, and life was completely turned over.”

I’m hesitant for anything that shows No Time To Die and a date.

If that display is new somebody upstairs green-lit printing those now. It’s at least an indication that, for now, they intend to keep to the schedule. Of course, October is still three months away…

Yeah it’s been popping up in cinemas in the US this past weekend on F9, along with an updated version of Trailer 2 with the new MGM logo & the ONLY IN THEATERS OCTOBER copy

But they did that at the end of last summer as well.

The podcast will also be relaunching soon.

This, if you partner two different stories, does show that Eon were still doing work on Bond 25 when MGM had their latest money panic. They mention that they didn’t approach Craig for 2 years, then CJF says he was talking with BB about making a Bond film when it was still a strong possibility it would be Bond 7’s first adventure.

Despite what the internet thinks, Eon do work!

It is interesting to note. Also, with delays and Purvis and Wade back in the family, I’m thinking (yes, very dangerous with 003) that an outline or perhaps early work on a draft for Bond 26 & Bond #7 is possibly in the works so Eon can move fast after NTTD launches. '77-'89 back to the two year cycle you could set your watch to.

They’d surely be well-advised to. Nothing prepares better for the task ahead than preparedness.

I read somewhere the PTS is going to be dealing only with Madeleine and Mr Whites previous encounter with Safin showing us the backstory mentioned in Spectre when Madeline “has to defend her self with the gun in the kitchen” (then Theme Song, then onto Matera) but saw that @Orion said in the no spoilers release date thread that Matera was also part of PTS?

I could be wrong. My understanding is that the PTS is Bond and Madeline living a life until their past catches up (que; No Time To Die theme) and we MUCH later get Madeline filling in how she knows Safin.

I could be very wrong, so don’t take me as gospel.

Maybe I need to get out more :joy: but after doing my digging around when I was making my extended trailer the reading I did led me to believe that the PTS was probably unscored to add to the drama with only French being spoken, I looked at the track list and couldn’t see how any of the tracks titles would fit with a flashback, maybe I’m wrong, the trailer I made is on YouTube.

"I tried to have a training plan! My preparation for No Time To Die was not as long as I would have liked it to be. I was shooting Blonde, and I had only a few days to train, so I went straight from Blonde to shoot for Bond. I didn’t have the time to actually commit to any kind of diet or workout or training because my schedule just didn’t allow for it.

“Those few days that I did have some training – I had the gun training and learned the choreography for the scenes – were very intense, for sure. It was a short but really intense immersion into the Bond universe, so I quickly transformed into a CIA agent.”

“Paloma is actually a really complete character. Cary [Joji Fukunaga, director] created her from zero and he asked me if I wanted to do it. It was very appealing from the very beginning, when he was telling me what he was going to do with the character. I was very excited, and I did feel like she was different, unique. She’s definitely something else that I don’t think we’ve seen in other Bond girls in previous movies. She’s a lot of fun – very active, very badass!”

It would be a long sequence but that wouldn’t be a problem.

Flashback to Madeleine’s childhood, ending with her under the frozen lake.
Transition to adult Madeleine swimming in the ocean with Bond watching.
They drive to Matera in the DB5, stay the night, and all the action follows after.

The lyrics to Billie’s song would perfectly fit with the train pulling away.

I agree. I think we’re in for the longest pre-title sequence of the series, exactly as you described.

This is true. So long in fact that the main titles lead directly into the end titles.
