An icon of experimental rock music, Scott Walker passed away today aged 76. His work ranged from hits with The Walker Brothers like ‘The Sun Ain’t Gonna Shine Anymore’ to his more avant garde later albums like ‘Tilt’ and ‘The Drift’ and film soundtrack work for Leos Carax’s ‘Pola X’ and Brady Corbett’s ‘The Childhood Of A Leader’ and ‘Vox Lux’.
Bond fans may know him as the singer of ‘Only Myself To Blame’ featured on the soundtrack to the 1999 film ‘The World Is Not Enough’
