@Double-OhAgent you are the main contributor to this thread and I have greatly enjoyed your casting choices. However, I am curious as to why you almost never cast Bond in any of your posts. That is personally my favorite angle that others (including myself) have taken. Why is this? Thanks in advance!

Probably stupid of me, but I never thought of listing the alternate James Bond actors because I initially figured the real James Bond actor of record at the time would be 007 in those novels/short stories/biographical tales. But I suppose I should have realized that if I did that for the other roles, I should have alternate casted for Bond as well. Anyway, by not alternate casting James Bond originally, I have used in other roles some of the guys that I would have casted as 007. So if you’ll bear with me, I’ll finish out my list as is, and at the end tell you who my alternate 007s are for all the stories as well as recast their vacated spots.
Incidentally, I’m recasting the novels on a larger scale, but I’m only into John Gardner’s run. I’ll maybe post/update them later when I’m done if you and others would like to see them.
