“Maybe no one will notice”…the slight off synchronization between the playback of “Stand By Your Man” and when Minnie Driver actually begins to dance and lip sync to the music in Goldeneye.

That as soon as Bond grabs onto the seaplane pontoon in LTK, the harpoon and trailing line that got him there conveniently disappear.

That in the ice race scene in OHMSS, when you see the driver of the overturned car sliding upside down, the advertising banners in the background are upside down, too.

Having watched the ice race scenes in detail and frame by frame for I don’t know how many times in the past few weeks, I can give you this one:
Maybe no one will notice, but when the Cougar (in OHMSS) drives from the road to the ice track, one can not only see that it’s definitely not Diana Rigg driving the car but stunt driver Erich Glavitza. And also that there’s a cameraman sitting on the passenger’s side.

Maybe no one will notice in DAF that after Tiffany tells Bond that she “switched the tape in the machine” and he tells her she’s put the real one back in, Blofeld catches her looking over the computer bank trying to figure out how to eject the tape. You’re right, Ernst - if only they were brains.
