Good spot, above, of the DN skylight. Doesn’t mean he is No - could simply be a nod to the canon, which Eon are ever more fond of doing. But have to wonder why of all the shot of safin they could’ve used they went with the DN skylight shot.
The creepy end line sounds to me (on my phone) like safin! Could be addressing any of the cast really.
Bond firing the machine gun while dressed in a tuxedo is another great visual. Judging from what we’ve seen, he’s going to be doing a lot of shooting.
Has anyone noticed how the majority of the scenes from that new spot have a blue tinge? Safin’s lair, the jet plane bit, Cuban streets, nightclub?
Is that trailer specific, or will we see that in the actual film? Spectre was yellow/orange-ified by HVH, LS appears to be going aquatic with this one…

Article plays the “doomed Bond movie” card heavily. Apparently, they’ve got another dissatisfied “insider” again… But there’s this interesting bit of information hidden in there: were they really shooting on White Island / NZ? First thing I heard of this.
If true, are they going to use the footage, after the tragedy that happened there in December? My initial thought was that they didn’t want to and switched to the Faroe islands instead. But then again, Faroe was reported months before the eruption on White Island.
Maybe White Island was on the shortlist for remote island locations months ago (before the “insider” was fired) but the final decision was made for Faroe. Wouldn’t make that much sense to shoot on two entirely different islands…

Man what a great TV spot we got during the Super Bowl yesterday!! ( I was also very excited for the Top Gun: Maverick one too). Great to see some new footage. 
How would you feel about Nomi Spin-off films with Paloma as her Felix Leiter?
Would certainly be a cool way to close the sure to be long gap while they search for the next Bond.

I am guessing the aircraft is what Bond was looking for when he said to Q “I’m going to need a plane to get there” in the special cinema Q trailer.
Slightly different outfit. He’s wearing a collared dress shirt with braces underwater, and a collarless Henley in Safin’s lair (under the navy pullover). I would guess that the underwater bit maybe comes after the Cuba party scene where he is wearing the dinner jacket.

Reading those recent interviews, I find it funny that not even the ladies themselves have endorsed the fact that it’s now “Bond women”, not “Bond girls” 
If that is indeed the case, that reminds me of Horowitz’s Alex Rider book Scorpia. Alex infiltrates a secret meeting/party in Venice before running into a Scorpia henchman and being locked into a room which floods. He nearly drowns and ends up having to swim out of a drain into the Venice Canal.
Anyway! Perhaps Bond gets into deep water after the Spectre party scene…
A couple of key new nuggets: a new gun barrel intended to open the film was filmed on the final day of shooting in October, at that time Barbara was exploring various options for the title song, and the role of Nomi was always written as a female part, but not race specific.
…which can dispel the thought some have had that the gun barrel was filmed when they filmed Craig for the title announcement.
Thanks for the clarification. Some added drama for Bond would be good there, as we already know Safin will put him through the ringer. I’m all for increasing the threat level of villains, especially after the easy escape from Blofeld’s lair in SPECTRE.
Or that Nomi would be in the gunbarrel as 007, and not Craig.
