Ilse Steppat doesn’t exactly count as Bond girl, but I’m not sure if she ever saw a finished version of her Bond movie at all: she died three days after the OHMSS premiere.

I’d put Ilse Steppat (1969) and Lotte Lenya (1981) under villains as, despite both working for Blofeld, they do more of the villain heavy lifting in their respective film than ESB

Ghoulish I know, but now does appear to have sadly died?
TMZ is now reporting that Tanya Roberts has really died. I haven’t seen it from another source, but it seems likely. It reminds me of the death of Tom Petty, which was reported, then contradicted, then reported again.
